Emma Ghafur is the Director of Tiger Monkey UK Limited an Arts, Education and Training Organisation founded in 2005. Emma specialises in creative work with young people outside of mainstream education using the Arts Award framework to achieve accredited programmes. From devising a Training Toolkit commissioned by The Gulbenkian Foundation for positive engagement, to re-writing and delivering CPD courses for Hertfordshire University - Emma has over 20 years practical experience in a range of arts, community and education settings.

Emma has trained with Augusto Boal, Clean Break, Arts Awards, Leap Confronting Conflict, Creative Junction and Forkbeard Fantasy. Her portfolio of work with Tiger Monkey includes Arts Council England, Creative Partnerships, Well London, The Children’s Fund, ENYAN, and Catch 22, devising and delivering a range of creative programmes towards modest but significant change.
