Creative Network South – 27 Feb 2014

On Thursday 27th February the Creative Network South Conference highlighted the achievements of Solent’s Creative industries through keynote speakers, case studies and industry market place. The conference gave creative professionals the chance to network, discuss and celebrate the Creative industries with economic and enterprise delegates from across the region.

The conference shared the achievements of young entrepreneurs, showcase the way in which design and creativity are driving innovation across all business sectors, including marine industries, IT and advanced engineering  and review the featured development needs of the sector.

Creative Network South was formed in 2012 as a sector led partnership, to promote employment, employability and entrepreneurship within the creative industries in the Solent and Enterprise M3 Local Enterprise Partnership Areas.  Partners include businesses, universities, business support agencies and local authorities. The conference is administered by Southampton-based, national youth arts development agency, Artswork, on behalf of Creative Network South.
