A registered charity, we are a leading advocate for the importance of arts and cultural practice, we are a catalyst for developing young people’s skills and employability in the creative and cultural industries.
We work to connect and collaborate across sectors to improve children and young people’s lives. We also are a source of inspiration and practical support for those engaging with young people, enhancing their expertise and building bridges between cultural and educational organisations to strengthen infrastructure, facilitate partnerships, and sustain access to the arts and culture.

Empowering children and young people through arts and culture
We're working to increase arts and cultural education, in a curriculum frequently squeezed of its creativity. We provide support to teachers working to champion the vital role of the arts in the lives of children and young people.
Access to arts, culture and heritage should be a right, not a privilege. That’s why we work with organisations to help increase their engagement with children and young people across the country.
If you’re aged 15-25, we’re here to connect you to arts, culture and heritage opportunities right on your doorstep.
We work with youth justice settings, using arts, culture and heritage as a way to engage young people who have become disengaged with traditional schooling and education.
Connecting with Local Authorities means we are able to be proactive on a local level, whilst still seeing the wider picture.
We work with employers in the creative and cultural sector to deliver employability projects and apprenticeships, providing young people with the opportunity to gain practical experience and build their skills and confidence while they learn on the job.
