Could you support someone in taking their first steps into a creative career? Interested in developing the next generation of creative leaders? In need of fresh perspective and enthusiasm in your organisation?

Our Creative Apprenticeships Programme is looking for employers in Hampshire, Isle of Wight and the surrounding areas to employ apprentices from September 2019 working with the new Level 3 Events Assistant Standard.

As a small training provider within an established youth arts charity, we work closely with arts, cultural and heritage organisations in the South to develop an apprenticeship tailored specifically to your organisation. Our 100% successful completion rate illustrates our commitment to both apprentice and employer. From recruitment through to end-point assessment, our experienced team of education and arts professionals will ensure that your new employee thrives and is an asset to your organisation.

“Our Apprentice has had an amazing year which has led to change in the company’s perception of what a young person can do and achieve. A fantastic employee.”

We know the creative industries are the fastest growing sector in the UK economy, accounting for 1 in 10 jobs, yet over 30% of businesses in the sector have reported skills gaps and shortages. Through our apprenticeships programme we aim to increase diversity in the creative and cultural sector. By raising awareness among young people of the breadth of career paths available to them, we help to boost their employment prospects and aspirations whilst also addressing the current skills needs and growing concerns around the sustainability of our sector.
