RISE – Artswork Creative Bursaries

Artswork are offering £500 bursaries to 20 young creatives aged 13-25 to support and enhance their creative practice. Spanning the wide range of UK creative industries, the bursaries aim to empower and invest in the next generation of artists and creators.

Young people are invited to apply via video, demonstrating what their creative practice is, what they would do with the bursary and how they think this micro-investment would support their aspirations and development as a creative.

This project is supported using public funding by Arts Council England.

Timeline

• Deadline, midday, 26th November
• Decisions will be made and applicants notified by 1st December.  
• A final report on how you used the bursary and its impact is required by 15th March 2024

Eligibility 

• Aged 13-25 
• Must live in the South of the UK – please see our map outlining eligible counties here
• Must have your own bank account 
• Must be able to use the bursary by March 2024 and report back by 15th March 2024
