Arun Inspires: Infrastructure development

Arun Inspires aims to uplift and resource locally based freelancers and organisations wherever possible through its work and the programme offers free training, networking, mentoring and fundraising support for locally-focussed groups.

If you would like to join one of our relaxed Arun Creative Network (currently online) quarterly meetings, please email Rebecca East (rebeccaeast@artswork.org.uk) with your name, name of org or freelancer, where you are based and art form/s.

Past training events have included: Fundraising for Young People’s Arts Projects; Successful Monitoring and Evaluation; Arts Award at Discover/Explore and Bronze/Silver level; Young Peoples Mental Health First Aid.

Information for upcoming courses for Arun-based professionals will be updated here.

We also organise regular Creativity in the Curriculum-focussed Teacher Twilights for schools in the District. If you are a teacher who is interested in joining us please email Education Development Manager, Jane Dickson (janedickson@artswork.org.uk).

We are compiling a directory of artists organisations working in Arun who are confident and experienced at working with vulnerable CYP to connect with providers in the area. If this is you, please get in touch outlining your practice and experience to Programme Manager, Rebecca East
(rebeccaeast@artswork.org.uk).
