Our employability programmes

Providing young people with the opportunity to gain practical experience and build their skills and confidence while they learn on the job.

Working with employers in the creative and cultural sector, we deliver creative skills programmes and apprenticeships to provide young people with the opportunity to gain practical skills and experience in arts, culture and heritage organisations. Through these programmes, we aim to increase access and broaden the horizons of young people whilst diversifying our creative and cultural workforce.

We are highly experienced in delivering work-based learning jobs and placements designed to suit both employers and the young people working with them. We work hard for employers and young people to provide meaningful employment, supported by tailored learning and enhanced by an enrichment programme designed to build team skills and leadership.

Creative Apprenticeships

Our established Apprenticeship programme supports young people on a learning-based work placement. A Creative Apprenticeship is a supportive programme where young people can earn a wage while learning valuable skills and getting their foot in the door of the industry.

The impact of our programmes

A had little or no confidence in herself or her abilities. With support she truly blossomed, finishing her apprenticeship, passing an ICT qualification, and appearing on BBC Radio. She is now thriving in a full time job.
