Julie Neville


Julie is a trainer, project manager and consultant with over 15 years’ experience delivering interactive sessions to a wide range of audiences of all ages and backgrounds. She has diverse experience of designing, managing and delivering projects across the arts, cultural, youth and education sectors.

Julie is a trainer for Arts Award, running the Arts Award training agency for Kent, preparing new advisers up to Silver level. She is a moderator for the award and acts as an Associate for Trinity College London, leading on Arts Award’s digital activity among other relationships. She is also a mentor for the Social Enterprise Qualification.

Among her areas of focus are equality and diversity and creative approaches to teaching and learning. She previously worked for Music for Change managing the organisation’s diversity programmes and for Screen South as Youth Programmes Co-ordinator. More recently Julie has led the delivery of the National Citizen Service for Future Creative in the East region, designing a social action curriculum for participants and training team leaders in all aspects of delivering the programme.

Julie is an active volunteer for Girlguiding London and South East England, heading up the marketing and communications team at exec level. This involves having a thorough knowledge of youth participation and youth voice and well as experience of delivering youth projects and events. She keeps her feet on the ground running her own unit for Brownies and Guides each week.

Julie is also photographer specialising mainly in wedding photography.
