    Felix Bill (He/​Him)

    Placemaking Creative Producer - Rushmoor

    Felix joined Artswork in November 2025 as the Creative Producer for Rushmoor, delivering arts projects across the region that empower young people through creativity. With a background in community led film and documentary, Felix is committed to providing young people with space to express themselves and have their voices heard. At Artswork, he aims to expand access to creative opportunities for young people across Rushmoor. In addition to his role at Artswork, he is an award-winning author.

    Toby Boddy (He/​Him)

    Creative Engagement Coordinator - Playland

    Toby works as the Creative Engagement Coordinator for Playland, supporting youth-led decision-making and creative leadership building with young people across Portsmouth. 

    With a background as a fine artist, Toby has previously worked within different gallery and support roles across London and Portsmouth, and is passionate about increasing accessible spaces within the arts.

    Sanna Malik

    Placemaking Creative Producer ‑ Slough

    Sanna joined Artswork in October 2025 as the Creative Producer for Slough, leading creative consultations and projects that empower young people through the arts. With over a decade of experience in youth work, she began her journey volunteering with Together As One (Aik Saath) during her Duke of Edinburgh Bronze Award, later becoming a qualified youth worker (Level 2 in Youth Work Principles, NYA-accredited). Passionate about inclusive practice, Sanna has designed and delivered countless creative sessions, fostering safe, engaging spaces for young people. At Artswork, she aims to expand youth-led, community-driven creative opportunities across Slough. In her free time, Sanna enjoys reading and exploring new places, both outdoors and indoors.

    Anastasia Alexandru

    Creative Producer - Playland

    Anastasia is the Creative Producer on Playland, an exciting new initiative to transform the abandoned amusement arcade in Portsmouth into a youth-led space for creative exploration.

    Anastasia trained in Youth and Outreach at Chichester Festival Theatre and worked as a Freelance Creative and Producer before joining Artswork in March 2025. She worked with a variety of creative mediums, from theatre and short films to Performance Capture and 3D technology to bring communities together and inspire innovation within the arts. She is particularly passionate about facilitating spaces that empower real change.

    Anna Brown

    Careers Programme Manager

    Anna delivers, develops and manages all employability and work-based learning programmes - everything from short, confidence building courses to long term training and placement programmes. Anna's role is about empowering young people to find meaningful jobs in the creative and cultural industry. In addition to her work at Artswork, Anna is a trained yoga teacher and uses this knowledge to inject wellbeing values into her work.

    Miranda Hewitt-Green (She/​Her)

    Finance and Operations Manager

    Miranda works ‘behind the scenes’ as part of the core team who help to ensure the smooth running of the organisation, and makes sure our team have what they need to fulfill Artswork’s mission! Outside of Artswork she runs a dance organisation for adults and spends her weekends DJing up and down the country.

    Caren Stafford (She/​Her)

    Fundraising and Development Manager

    Caren joined the Artswork team in August 2024 as Fundraising and Development Manager. Prior to this, she worked with arts organisations, charities and local government for over 15 years. She focuses on funding bids, tenders and business proposals, and generating new income streams so that we expand our reach and empower more young people through creativity.

    She previously worked as an Arts Educator, Curator, and Arts Development Manager, including roles with Camden Arts Centre, Medway Council, and Ideas Test. She has also worked extensively in fundraising and development with arts organisations across the South East and as a freelancer.

    Nina Zaluczkowska (She/​Her)

    Communications, Sales & Marketing Manager

    Nina joined Artswork in July 2023 and heads up the Communications, Sales & Marketing team. Nina has worked in marketing and sales now for over 10 years. Before joining Artswork, she began her years in the charity sector in freelance work with north-east based charity Digital Voice. 

  • Simi Rai (She/​Her)

    Sales and Marketing Officer

    Simi joined the Artswork team part time as the Sales and Marketing Officer in 2023 and holds a bachelor’s degree in Communication Media Culture. Currently in her final year of counsellor training, Simi also counsels college students as part of her training.
