Our training

We provide expert-led training for individuals and organisations across the creative, cultural, and heritage sectors, covering key topics such as safeguarding, creative facilitation, project management, and youth voice and leadership.

Designed to be engaging and practical, our training integrates creativity throughout, making learning more immersive and relevant to real-world, sector-specific challenges.

Fully funded courses

We have a number of fully funded courses, with topics such as wellbeing, equality and diversity, unconscious bias and much more. These courses are available to anyone working in a ​‘Priority Place’.

With over 30 years of experience, we provide specialist safeguarding training for the creative, cultural, and heritage sectors, whilst also supporting organisations in other industries.

We understand that funding training opportunities can be challenging, especially during defining moments in your life or career.

We want to invest in the future of our sector, and we want to support those who are passionate about creative and cultural development. That’s why we offer our Career Development Support pricing. We reserve 3 places on each course at a 25% discount for individuals who could use the financial support.
