    Karen Pamplin Browne (She/​Her)

    Data, Evaluation and Impact Manager

    Karen supports Artswork with evaluation methods and strategies, and understanding and demonstrating of our impact. Karen has spent 30+ years working in the art, heritage and education sectors with a focus on the evaluation of participatory arts and placemaking projects. She has qualifications in Graphic Arts, Art Education and Arts Management with experience teaching art, drama and photography in secondary and special needs schools.

    Portsmouth Creative Skills Programme Manager

    Judith's varied career has always focused on children and young people. 

    Inclusive practice, authentic participation of young people, and the fundamental right of all children and young people to play and be creative have been central themes of her work.

    Jane Mitchell (She/​Her)

    Careers Trainer

    Jane is responsible for providing and supporting meaningful work based opportunities within cultural organisations. 
    Jane has always worked in training and development, as well as mentoring and assessing young people within the workplace to support successful outcomes. 

  • Harriet Carr (She/​Her)

    Sales & Marketing Officer

    Harriet joined Artswork in May 2023. Her background is in arts education, working for a number of years in the learning team at Aspex Portsmouth and instructing with Top Banana Circus CIC. Alongside this she achieved apprenticeship qualifications in Community Arts Administration and Events as an Artswork Apprentice.

    Finn Cresswell (He/​They)

    Placemaking Creative Producer for the New Forest and North Hampshire

    Finn works to better understand the needs of young people in the New Forest and Rushmoor through creative workshops and consultation which inform and inspire youth-led commissions which have a focus on place based changemaking and empowerment. 

    Finn’s background in is Archaeology and heritage, specialising in public engagement and outside his role at Artswork, they have been able to combine their lifelong loves of the creative arts, specifically performance and myths and folklore by training to deliver live storytelling events and self-publishing an audio drama.

    Donna Vose

    Head of Budgets, Contracts & Policy

    Donna joined Artswork in 2012 and is responsible for financial and contractual management and operational policies and processes. With a background in performing arts (stage manager, venue manager), she has worked extensively in arts administration and management. 
     
    Prior to Artswork, she created 1mile² – an international arts and ecology programme involving 13,500 people across 8 countries. The programme included interdisciplinary collaborations between artists and environmental scientists, new commissions, social action research, public art projects and was part of an AHRC funded Connected Communities research programme.

    Claire Langham (She/​Her)

    Creative Producer Apprentice

    Claire joined in Artswork in June 2024. In collaboration with a team of Placemaking Creative Producers, Claire helps deliver the Young Cultural Changemaker programme. Passionate about empowering young people, she assist with the facilitation of creative events that amplify young people's voices and perspectives.

    Chima Ezeugo (He/​Him)

    Data, Evaluation and Impact Manager (Job share)

    Chima joined Artswork in May 2023. He has been working in the monitoring and evaluation space close to a decade now, where he played cardinal roles in setting up data management processes for organisations he was part of, designing monitoring frameworks, impact gathering and evaluation systems to aid organisations make data driven decisions. 
     

  • Beccy-E-Staff-Pic

    Beccy East (She/​Her)

    Placemaking Creative Producer for Arun & West Sussex

    Beccy supports young people in Arun & West Sussex, alongside a wide range of partners including the District Council, to devise and deliver a whole host of creative projects for their communities including events, art pieces, gardens, pop-up exhibitions, murals and more. 

    Beccy also facilitates Arun Youth Council and Artswork's brilliant Youth Board.
