Join us for a two-part online course led by experienced UK-based practitioners in the creative and cultural sector. Designed for arts and heritage professionals on both sides of the Atlantic, this programme will give you the project-management know-how to guide creative projects from concept to completion - wherever you’re located.

Whether you’re joining us from the UK (2:00–4:30 pm GMT) or the Eastern seaboard of North America (9:00–11:30 am ET), this programme is scheduled to suit both time zones.

In this course, you will:

  • Gain an understanding of the importance of project management in the arts sector
  • Learn about a range of project management tools, methodologies, and frameworks to support your project delivery
  • Explore how to develop comprehensive project management plans and schedules
  • Identify project risks and implement effective risk mitigation strategies
  • Understand accountability and responsibilities with RACI and DARCI matrices
  • Learn how to manage multiple stakeholders and gain buy-in for your project
  • Explore tools for identifying dependencies and tracking project progress, such as Gantt charts
  • Manage risk, quality control, and project compliance to ensure smooth delivery
