Find out moreOur young people need creativity to thrive and to build better lives for themselves so they can join and shape a stronger society and economy in the future. Working in partnership with education and cultural organisations, we support, develop and deliver projects and programmes which broaden horizons, open opportunities and enrich their lives. Our employability and pre-employability programmes develop young people’s skills, for their own growth and as future cultural leaders.
