A 6-session project encouraging pupils to explore important discursive threads within artist Elpida Hadzi-Vasileva’s work – using the tree as a social metaphor for time passing, uprooting and transforming. By way of response, the pupils worked with second-hand domestic chairs, removing them from their usual interior domestic location and creating a group installation from them.
