Our well-established Professional Development programme offers training and support for the arts, cultural, youth and education sectors.
Watershed Arts approached us after identifying a need to refresh their child protection policies to
ensure a consistent approach to safeguarding throughout their organisation. Following a thorough review of the Watershed staff handbook, in consultation with the organisation, we were able to offer practical action planning and recommendations.
