The Strike a Pose project was created to promote engagement with photography and expand Photoworks’ offer to families, children and young people through an Arts Award delivery pilot for family audiences.
“Working with Brighton Photo Biennial and Brighton & Hove Libraries Service, we wanted to develop a photography workshop for children and young people in the area, with free drop-in Arts Award surgeries taking place throughout the Biennial. From this, we hoped to create a new family database and tailored resources for families through Arts Award engagement.” (Juliette Buss, Learning & Engagement Curator, Photoworks)
This project ran as part of our Arts Award Festival Investment programme of work. Find out more here
