Lucy joined Artswork in 2018. Now Head of Business Development, she drives growth and change so that Artswork can empower more young people through creativity. Alongside strategic development, Lucy trains and mentors Artswork’s Young Consultants, empowering young people as change agents and bringing youth insight to client projects.
Lucy contributed to award-winning museum projects before moving into organisational development through consultancy, public sector transformation in Australia and the UK, and nearly a decade in arts sector development agencies.
Lucy is a qualified Executive Coach, holds Chartered Management Consultant status and is an accredited Social Enterprise advisor.
