What if?

For too many young people across the UK, doors keep closing.

What if we could change this through creativity?

A young woman smiles as she looks at her laptop.

What If? is Artswork’s national campaign calling for creativity to be prioritised for children and young people. We want to speak with leaders, funders and policy-makers, on the importance of creative opportunities to empower young people within their communities to unlock their potential, build confidence and better equip them for their future.

If you’d like to find out more about how you could work with Artswork to make this happen, fill in the form below and our team will get in touch.

What if... you could work with us to give young people a future they deserve?
A young woman smiles outside on the street as she holds up a camera. A colourful mural is behind her.

Almost 1 million young people are not in employment, education or training, with many struggling to progress into careers that they’ve studied and trained for. As of March 2026, it’s estimated that around 4.5 million children and young people are living in poverty in the UK and data suggests more than half of young people are anxious about their future.

What if you could work with us to change these statistics?
